My vision is one of the things that makes me successful, it proves to be what drives me and defines my direction. I believe that how I see the big picture and the future is my one of my superpowers. We must use our instincts, experience, deductive reasoning, and judgement to make strategic decisions about the future, and our goals and objectives. What is your vision? Where are you heading? Why are you heading there? Where do your want to go, or where do you want to take your company?
So the next thing I would like you to do is to define your vision? Your vision may reflect an integration of your abilities, interests, personality, values, goals, skills/experience, family origin, and stage of adult development.
Consider what you envision for your future or for the future of your organization or team. As a leader or an aspiring leader you are the one that leads your team into the future. Your vision offers a message to your team about how your see the future, what you see for the future, and where you see your team going in the future. Your vision is your roadmap and may change over time or in response to the changing environment. It may guide your strategic plan, and should align with you mission and be consistent with your values. Your vision can motivate your team members, and may change as you move towards a shared vision with your team.
My Vision-
To live a balanced, meaningful and productive life through life-long learning and self-improvement. And to contribute to the knowledge base and quality of healthcare, and be recognized as an expert and leader in the healthcare industry.
